Elite Graduate Pathway (Ages 16–18)

Our Elite Graduate Pathway is designed for passionate, dedicated performers who are ready to train at conservatoire level.

We are seeking the next generation of triple threat performers with commercial strength — individuals with potential, presence and the work ethic to thrive in a professional training environment.

Entry Expectations

Successful applicants typically demonstrate:

  • A solid technical base in at least one dance genre

  • Secure pitch and vocal potential (MT Track)

  • Strong performance instinct

  • A willingness to work hard

  • Resilience and professionalism

Educational requirements:

  • Minimum Junior Certificate / GSCE’s

We welcome students from a range of training backgrounds, including dance schools, theatre schools and independent performers.

The Audition Process

Our audition process takes place in two stages.

Stage 1 – Application

Applicants submit:

• Personal Statement (300–500 words) this can be a short video
Tell us about your training, your ambitions and why you feel this programme is right for you.

• Headshot
A natural, clear image (no heavy editing).

At this stage, we assess:

  • Confidence and individuality

  • Trainability

We are looking for potential, not perfection.

Stage 2 – In-Person Audition Day

Successful applicants are invited to attend a full audition day at the college.

The day includes:

Jazz Technique Class

Across the floor work, Combos, jumps and turns

We assess:

  • Alignment and posture

  • Core strength

  • Ability to apply corrections

Choreo class

Industry-style choreography taught at pace.

We assess:

  • Performance projection

  • Musicality

  • Pick-up speed

  • Style versatility

  • Professional attitude

Individual Vocal Audition

Each applicant performs their prepared song for the panel.

We assess:

  • Vocal quality

  • Pitch and breath control

  • Acting through song

  • Potential for development

Freestyle Round

Applicants will be invited to improvise to various music styles.

We assess:

  • Individuality

  • Risk-taking

  • Authentic performance instinct

  • Commercial awareness

Applicants may receive:

  • Full Offer

  • Conditional Offer (pending academic results)

  • Development Offer (with recommended re-audition pathway)

  • Scholarship consideration (awarded by panel invitation)
